CLIENT BRIEF MEETING

We would love to hear from you, so please contact one of our qualified designers to arrange an appointment with us to take your brief for the required scope of works. Please bring your plans or room dimensions with you. In this meeting we would like to gain an in depth understanding of your particular vision for your project.

Points of reference that will be covered in this meeting relate to specific:

– functional requirements and consideration
– aesthetic appreciation
– appliance selection and brand
– investment level

CLIENT PRESENTATION MEETING

This presentation will be arranged approximately 2 weeks after the clients brief. Here you will be presented with our interpretation of your requirements. This will take the form of a comprehensive presentation that will include:

– 3D renderings
– functional layouts
– selection of finishes and work tops
– selection of appliances and accessories
– detailed cost proposal

At this stage we trust that you will be in a position to make an informed decision as to how you would like to proceed with Eurocasa.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Should you appoint Eurocasa for your project, our appointment will be confirmed via a deposit payment (60%). If necessary, the design will be refined until approved and signed off by the client. We will then confirm your order for production with our Italian office. Delivery to our Cape Town warehouse will take approximately 16 weeks from order confirmation.

NEXT STEP

Shortly after your order confirmation our designers will generate and issue a complete set of service drawings, clearly indicating the onsite requirements in terms of dimensions, gas, plumbing and electrical specifications. Our designer and head installation technician will visit site regularly to assess progress and specifications.

Once all our requirements on site have been met, a site readiness certificate will be issued and an installation date will be confirmed.

Your order will be stored in our warehouse until required for installation. A second payment of 35% is required when the order arrives in one of our warehouses. Our clients are always welcome to arrange to view their order for verification prior to making payment.

INSTALLATION

On the appointed day, your order will be delivered to site and the installation will commence. Depending on the scope and complexity of your project, the installation will take between 5 and 20 working days.

For the final fix we will require your plumber, electrician and gas (if applicable) contractor to be available on site as required.

HANDOVER

Once the installation is complete we will arrange a handover meeting to go through the functionality and maintenance of the full scope of our works. We strive to exceed your expectations. After handover the outstanding 5% payment will be due.

WARRANTY

We offer a 10 year warranty on all of our furniture. This warranty is on condition that the furniture is reviewed on an annual basis. We will be in touch with you to make the necessary arrangements. This service attracts a minimal fee. All appliances and accessories will be covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranties.
